REOmizer ceramic discoloration

Hello, REOfamily.

I am simply curious of anyone else has discoloration of their ceramic in their Reomizer.
Every other picture I see of people's coil builds shows bright white ceramic decks and mine is more of a tan to medium brown. I use tobacco mixes so I can guess why my deck is browning, but I have not seen anyone else's turn color. I can't post a pic right now or I would, but even when I clean it with a wet Q-tip, it stays that color.

Are there others out there with darkening decks or am I just that special?

I had a darkened deck before. Seemed like nothing would clean it. I torched it and its white again. I wouldn't recommend torching while on the rm2.might melt something.

My first RM2's deck is more like a light tan. If I remember right it happened after vaping some NETs with the coil low to the deck, I think it just baked in there. It's purely aesthetic so it doesn't really bother me.

Denture tablet cleaner was said to work on the ceramic if stained. I have not tried it yet.

I do see a plop, plop, fizz, fizz, in my future though! LOL!

I have stripped screw heads, loose-spinny posts, and a cracked ceramic base on one of my RM2's. It's still functional for now, but will disintegrate due to my rough handling sooner rather than later. No worries, tho. I've been using it for several months and it's lasted way longer than the equivalent value of disposable 510 attys I used to use. What better excuse to order a brass finish RM2 (or two) for my Woodvils?

I'll join y'all in the dirty deck club! My OG mini runs two different types of my own DIY NET tobacco flavors through it, and my TRA Grand runs a DIY M-type flavored tobacco. Both decks are stained brown.

I had a deck turn greenish from using Magic Fairy. It ended up returning to pristine white again after a long soak in alcohol and a scrub with baking soda.

I was actually more interested in removing the slight residual smell, but the staining coming out was a bonus.

My decks, and all my gear is spotless. This is a side effect of unflavored nic base

Even the cotton wick stays clean for over a week

I managed to keep my original rm2 white, clean and in good shape even while it was being beat around in a bulldozer for 50+ hours a week.. Let my gf use it for a month.. Loose post, lost screws and a fractured ceramic!!

Same here. Mine is tan as I put Halo tribeca on it.

Only had my RM2 for a month or so and it's stained. I vape pretty much non stop throughout the day though...

Mine was looking dark and stained for months. A little dish washing liquid and a toothbrush took care of that.

I vape mostly home brewed NETs and my deck is quite dark. Looks bad, works fine.
