Thank You for sharing your story and revealing your strife with us. I am proud of you for overcoming your fears. I have been in depression for years, and have been taking meds. Your story is such an inspiration that maybe, just maybe, I can get off these damn things.

Your story made me smile...and sometimes, that isn't easy! Have a great trip...you've earned it!

Spent the entire day at the pool and beach. Never left the hotel area. I had a cheeseburger and a corona for breakfast around 11 the burgers and fries here rock), a cheeseburger and fries for a late lunch and guess what I had for dinner around 8?

Here we were just after dinner at the crab boat last night - a very good seafood restaurant just down the road from the hotel.

If you look real closely in my right hand you'll see a Lewis hammertone grand.

Oh and I had a cheeseburger for dinner there too . I LOVE good burgers

My iPhone camera is pretty decent for shooting mod and atty pix but it is doing the beauty of this view zero justice

I lived within 6 miles of the beach in the west palm beach area most of my life but I don't remember ever appreciating its beauty like I do right now.

Get a small bottle and collect some beach sand in it. when you come home write the date and location on a lil sticker under the bottle. Its a great milestone for you and a nice lil memory.
