replacement delrin sleeve for viscious ant chaplin drip tip

I have two of the viscious ant chaplin drip tips that i have broken that little delrin sleeve thingy. Has anyone found a DIY fix for it or can I buy these somewhere? I've looked and can't find information on it anywhere.
