I tried putting my Aerotank drip tip on my nautilus and ai liked the draw a lot better, the problem is, the .aerotank drip tip doesn't fit in there tightly. It like wobbles around when you touch it and will even fall off while it's in my pocket.

i'm under the impression that just because the tank and the drip tip meet the 510 standard, that doesn't mean your drip tip will fit in your tank snugly.

anybody know a good way to purchase a replacement drip tip that won't wobble for the Nautilus?

i have had a lot of drip tip troubles as well. one thing you can do if you want to use a drip tip that is too loose is to remove the o ring at the bottom of the drip tip, and then wind something like dental floss or i even use kanthal sometimes and then replace the o ring. this will make the o ring a little larger and should fix the problem. it tasks some fiddling with but 9/10 times works great. if its too big then just take out some of the floss or kanthal and try again. or if you have a brick and mortar nearby you can take in the tank and test fit the drip tips they have for sale.

Some people can not use a ruler. Some tanks have large holes and some trip tips are narrow.

I have seen some drip tips with 2 o rings. Having 2 points of contact they do not wobble. You can also find fatter o rings that do what wrapping with floss does without the extra step, but finding them is a pain.
