replacement insulating ring ?

Im having trouble get mine to read attys so reading on joytech site found that it is the insulating ring took it out and cleaned it and but it back in and its working again but its in pretty bad shape and was wondering if anyone have replace it and where they got it and what they used?

Yeah, not sure what you mean by insulator.

Probably talking about the oring "insulator" under/around the 510 pin

Good luck finding a good replacement and you damaged it from over tightening.

Yes thats the ring !!! There most be something I can rig I got thing working perfectly now just worried about the future

Didnt so much crush it but now with a igo-L on it I have to back it off a 1/4 turn and collar the same
