Hi all

I have report not working passthrough still in guarantee 10 days ago and send dead pass back 6 days ago but my replacement is still in pending.Please fix it,order #47524.

i am sorry for the delayed processing, because we did not get any email about your replacement order number, so we have not sent it out.

our guy just processed it and will send it out tomorrow. :)

normally we request customers to send us a notice when they place their replacement orders. so we can take care of them timely. :)
