Hello, I recently shipped back an atomizer as well as a battery that needed to be replaced. Also, one of my orders was missing an atomizer and it was understood that I was to receive that one also.
I got the envelope from you guys and shipped the stuff back with the original invoice. I have not heard back and that has been quite some time (almost 2 weeks).
Any update on this issue?
