Dinosaur alert ! ..
vaporesso Target mini 2's were my all time favorite 'out & about' & travel devices, they were / are great.
Had 4 & now just two due to a recent drowning of a couple. Sad indeed.
These are discontinued for some time now & Ive been out of the loop regarding what's currently available.
Dont need much power ; 12-ish watts & a Dvarw or Pioneer RTA are the usual equipment.

So .. would greatly appreciate some suggestions for an available comparably tiny device, either built in or removable battery would be ok, but the built in's are usually smaller ( I think ? )
Thanks loads !

At one point I bought 3 from (kinda sketchy) cigabuy - they were thirteen bucks each.
shoulda bought ten ..
Vaporesso gen fit 40 appears to be a similar form factor ; virtually the same width in both directions & only about 5mm taller. Same 2000 capacity. Suppose I Can live with that. Thirty nine each @ fastech.
Gonna grab one & see if it's as easy to live with as the Target mini's are.

Thanks! I'd seen that and it does look nice. I have a bunch of Wismec CB60s that I use, and am going to compare the sizes. They're also 2000s but are definitely larger than the Targets.

It might be worth it.

I wonder how long FT is taking to deliver these days.

$35 at Element and they'll likely arrive a lot sooner. :)

Funny you mention Element ..
I had a 29 dollar Aspire NX40 device in the cart & by the time I'd completed all required to have it paid for & delivered, that same device was now almost 55 dollars. That just rubbed me the wrong way.
Shipping charge, signature charge, sales tax, state vape tax - all combined increased the cost 70% over initial stated pricing. And .. I'd have to render a drivers license photo & some personal info to do business with them.
I'm happy to wait the 3-5 weeks that is typical of Fastech.

Unrelatedly, what's happened in the ECF ecosystem lately ?
The forum used to be a hotbed of activity on all types of topics, now seems rather quiet .. admittedly, I've been out of the loop to a large degree having found the equilibrium needed to replace cigarettes years ago.
Have many just moved on to pods & replaceable innards & just called it a day ?
Moved on to reddit or other platforms ?
It sure was interesting to see the rapid changes of those earlier years - great entertainment !

Follow up ..
I did find those Vaporesso Gen Fit 40's for thirteen bucks each on 3F Vape.
Looked at my purchase history & several Target mini's & some pioneer atty parts were delivered .. so they did come through as expected previously.
Essentially 2 for the price of one VS fastech ( or anywhere else )
So I have 1 @ 40 coming from FT & 2 @ 40 incl shipping from 3F.
Now if I can just keep these from going swimming in the ocean ..

Link ; GEN fit 40 - 13.00 each

Ok - verdict is in.
If you're one who favors these small pocketable devices suited to MTL use - this one is a winner.
Super light weight ! / Battery lasts into day 2 @ 11-12w. / Terrific small form. / Full charge in an hour or less !
Not as feature rich as the Target mini 2, but the light weight & even longer battery life renders it superior if function & simplicity is paramount.
Some super deals on these currently ; 20 each @ Fastech & 2 for 26 bucks on Health cabin.
Have had a lot of these small mods over the years - this one is far & away the best yet.
