Me either. At around $1.00 a piece, if it lasts you 4 days, that's about 25 cents a day. Like the L'Oreal commercial- I'm worth it.

+1 for that. Use them and throw them out. Cleaning them doesn't work anyway if like I said in my previous post it has burned a hole in the Diaper, no amount of cleaning will fix that. Yes you can clean them if you just want to change the flavor in them, but not to make them work like they should when the were new. Nothing like a new cartomizer. LOL

That's a great find. I've always found that the coils go though before the filler. Even the clear dual coil cartos- it's easy to clean the filler. Then you reassemble and it's the coils that aren't working.

If you take the filler out you can dry burn the coils.

At least on the cartos I'm using.

I've kind of abandoned doing this, though I am saving my used cartos for the zombie apocalypse.

I occasionally clean the dual coil cartos for my Mom because she goes through cartos like tissues. She's very rough with cartos- filling and using them. Her cartos look like they've been through the wars. Sometimes I have a little luck cleaning and reassembling the clear dcc because it's so easy to do with them. I'd say about 1/2 the time they work properly the other 1/2 you waste juice. It could be because she's so hard on them I do it in a pinch because I can't buy them fast enough. Hay, she's not smoking so I'm happy.

You would think so... She's not the easiest person to please. To be fair though, she's in her late 70's and has vision issues. And she quit smoking after almost 60 years. I can't pick on her too much.

I have done that with the clear DC cartos too , maybe twice and they did not work very good. I think maybe because I had a hard time getting the Diaper wrapped around the 2 coils and found it to be a hard thing to do because of all the wires, so I think maybe I did not get them tight enough around the coils and so they did not touch the coils well enough. Just a thought.
