Hello to everyone on ECF. After reading many(?) conversations about more than a few topics and having made a few decisions based on that, I figured I may as well join the fray. I'm a guy, started smoking almost 50 yrs ago, been trying to "convert" for several years but have had "limited success." Have acquired over the past 4-5 yrs a few cig-a-like batteries and carts from White Cloud; batteries, refillable carts and juice from Halo; a SMOK Qbox kit and 2 Tarot Nano kits, along with assorted and sundry "other" juices, tanks, coils, etc. In the past week have added a "NET" juice from a musically-inclined vendor and a few from a WTA source I've seen written about with more than a little regard in this space. So far, these latter additions are sparking new hope that my days with "coffin-nails" are coming to an end. I don't know that I'll comment much but will make it a point to address comments or queries directed my way (though "timeliness" might be "iffy"). My best wishes to all in the coming weeks, months and years in these "interesting" times.

Hi, welcome to ECF. Sounds like you are in the process of trying different things to achieve success. That's great. WTA really helped me a great deal, when it came to give up cigarettes completely. However, everyone's different, so just keep on going until you get where you want to go.
Welcome to ECF and I hope you enjoy "visibility." LOL.

Welcome to ECF, like you I smoked for many many years (45ish) and tried cig-a-likes, But they never worked for me. Wind the clock forward a few years and now I have a few mods, tanks etc and been cig free for 8 weeks (today) now, and feeling pleased with myself. ECF has worked well for me, I hope it helps you too, what also helps me is the money I gave to the tobacco companies, I put in a jar, it’s frightening how quick that jar is filling up, so the best of luck with your quest.

You need Will Power too
It wasn't easy to quit smoking for me- but I stuck to my guns- gave myself 2 weeks to cut back and quit cigarettes, I set a quit day and that worked for me and I was only using Mistic Brtidge, cartos and eliquids from Walgreens-
You can make it work if you really want to quit smoking cigarettes- almost 4 years later and still not 1 cigarette or even thoughts of ever smoking again!
Stay Strong and you can do this!

Thank you ALL, very warmly, for all the supportive comments. I would never have even "dreamed" that a simple introductory message would get so many kind and encouraging replies. I haven't gotten "far" yet with my Prelude (6mg) from Black Note that I plan on mixing with the DVAP WTA (24mg) from Aroma. I'm going to shoot for a final nic-content(?) of about 8-9mg to try in my brand new Nexus. Unlike Obi-wan approaching the Death Star, I have a really good "feeling" about this. Again, many thanks to all of you. I hope we get to know each other "better" in the coming days/weeks/months...

Yet more thanks to everyone above. The encouragement from you in addition to all the discussions I read before joining, particularly those regarding WTA, seem to be proving most helpful. For example, I've loaded Aroma's Turkish Blend, 555 and Sarah, "spiked" with a "bit" of DVAP DIY 24mg, in Halo G6 LR carts on G6 batteries and found them enjoyable and they eliminated a few analogs from my day. Then I received my Nexus, got an empty dropper bottle, mixed 8 parts Prelude (Black Note) to 2 parts DVAP and that cut my analog intake by half. I'm expecting even greater reductions over the next several days. So, again, thanks so much to all the well wishers, to Black Note for a very tasty juice, DVap and Aroma for producing and making WTA available and to the countless commenters on several threads discussing the pros/cons-ins/outs of WTA.
