Reset puff counter on Smok GX350?

I have a friend that has a smok GX350 and he says his puff counter has reached its limit and won't allow him to take any other hits. I tried looking in google to find the answer but with no luck. Could someone on here let me know how to reset the puff counter on the GX350?

1. Three clicks of the fire button to get to the menu.

2. One short click to get from mode to ouffs, then a long click.

3. Use the up/down rocker to adjust the counter until it says "never"
