If you get wild fluctuations when you move he
juice control it's your negative wire moving around. A few fractions of an ohm is no big deal and can be attributed to
juice and/or accepted ohm reading variances. A lot of multimeters will only measure to within +/- .2 and will vary back to back.
It's not a bad idea to loop the negative wire around the bottom of your wick a couple of times. This does two things, it stabilizes your coil because it locks the negative wire in and it provides a rock solid negative connection.
