I have an istick Pico with an Melo 3 mini tank. can I use a 1.0 ohm coil? I'm used to only using 0.3 or the 0.5 ohm coils . so will the 1.0 ohm coils work as well? Still trying to figure all this out .

If that 1.0 Ohm Coil Head is meant to fit in your Melo 3 Tank, then sure, you can use it.

You will Probably have to Adjust the Wattage to find what Tastes Best for You. But No Problem running a 1.0 Ohms Coil.

I believe those will work. They are Also Re-Buildable.

Keep at least one of your used heads as well.

The airflow hole diameter of the center pin is large in the generally lung hit appropriate 0.5, and quite a bit tighter in the MTL intended higher ohm heads. I've forgotten now if both are available in the differing re-buildables (ECR).

But they're easily swappable and you may prefer one over the other.
