Need a little more info than what you have provided so far to try and help. Have you checked for e-liquid sitting in the 510 connector?

Probably the 510 pin on that atomizer is not a good match for that particular mod. The 510 pins on atomizers are not standard they are different. On some you can turn the screw to adjust the length of the 510 pin for good connection. Some mods have built in spring loaded connections and some don't.

Because the resistance changes when heat applied.

Yes I've cleaned and played with the 510 I've ran this sub tank mini and mvp3 30 for 2 years with no problems. The 510 on the mod seems to wiggle a little it is 2 or 3 years old?

Change in resistance should be minor and pretty much constant. Sounds like a loose connection or possibly a bad circuit in the MOD itself because you say on other MOD's it works fine.

Also have you checked the coil in the tank? Possibly different MOD the 510 puts more pressure on the pin and the coil could be a little loose.

I might just take it apart and check everything. I don't know crap about electronics but I can tell if a wire is loose and can Sauder.it's an old mvp3 30 watt mod maybe it's just done in?

Before doing exploratory surgery I would test the MOD with multiple tanks to make sure it is the MOD or the tank.

Yeah did it with my old coil and the new one I put in earlier

No I am saying to test the MOD with different tanks not just the coil because the problem could be in the 510 connector and not the MOD.

it is that i have seen people FREAK OUT if the resistance moved frone .5-.7

Well I finally figured it out. The floating 510 pin in the base of the tank moved up but I don't know how to fix it. I took the .5ohm replacement coil out and pushed the pin out a little and put the coil back in and screwed it on the mod that I was having the problem with and it fixed it, then unscrewed it, put the tank back together and its got the same problem. It's like over time the pin got wore down so I'm going to try to replacing the pin?
