Ordered Zmax V5. Had a few questions about the product prior to making my order. NO RESPONSE. Submitted another ticket the following day looking for a follow up to the first ticket. NO RESPONSE. Joined their mailing list, got an email about the current sales they are having and replied back the the message through email inquiring about my order. Again, NO RESPONSE. I have been trying for days to locate a phone number for this company without success. In hind sight when I didn't get any response from them before placing my order that should have been a big red flag, but I couldn't find a better price for what I was looking for so I gave it a shot.

Anyone else have these types of issues with Exhale Vapors? I'm getting very frustrated. They have billed my CC for the unit, but after all this time it's still "processing"...​
