Does it have the strong bite that you get with a LR atomizer?
I enjoy regular eGo attys, but I don't like the LR, they are too strong.

So is this going to be more like the LR atties?

yes, these cartos actually hit harder than a 2.0 ohm boge carto (LR). the resurrectors are 1.7ohm so its "stronger".

if you are looking for a carto that doesnt hit as strong, look for boge 3.0 ohm carto for your ego.

Ive had a bunch of problems with these 5 I got the other day. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my epower from ccv and at first I loved these resurrectors with the black n mild juice but now... first I gave one away to get my friend started with some juice and a cart on his old 510 bat he got a year ago at the mall for 160 bucks (no joke)... anyways.

First one for me I filled with the black n mild juice. A vaping day later its got these big black/dark brown areas in it, on about 10% up from bottom, one 10% or so down from top of the poly filling. I go to fill a new one and when popping the white stopper out the tube pulled right off the metal thingy at the bottom. Uh... ok... threw it away, no big deal. I fill up another with some new juice, dont like the juice, put it aside. Fill another (we on last one now) with another new juice I got, nasty as ..... put it aside. Now, back to the first one. I refill it with more black n mild juice, vape for about 3 hours. Then go to pull the drip tip offand the friggin tube pulled right off the damn metal thing.

Frustrated with these. I love them when they work, like them way better than the boge 2.0 and 3.0s. But WTF man?!

My vent is over. CCV is the best, lets not get it twisted.

...that is why you should always use the black/stainless ones...the clears don't stay in place and you can see how nasty they get from the juice.............

That's what usually happens inside of a carto when you use thick, dark colored juice. It doesn't wick fast enough and gets burnt really quickly. Although, that might not be the case and it might be just the juice itself that's got darker from vaping it in the carto. If your willing to throw one in the trash. Then take off the filler from the center tube and see how it looks. Also, you can take off the "diapers" (what's wrapped around the coil) and see how those are. Rinse them out and take a good look at them.

You'll have a definitive answer at that point. Since, they'll be burn marks on both of them if it really was a burnt carto. Anyways, the problem with the clear cartos is that the plastic tube can easily crack and come off of the metal connection. Which is why most people get the normal or steel type.

Ironically, one of the advantage of the clear ones is that it's easier to take off the plastic tube in case you wanna clean them. Also, you can see exactly how a carto looks inside when you use it. Overall, it's best to use higher PG (100, 80/20, 70/30) with any carto/tank atty.

Seriously? That only happens with the clear ones? Cuz if so Im placing an order of 15 of them because I miss them already. :D

If your gonna order more then get the black ones. You just have to remember if you use the same exact juice then the same thing that happened inside the clear ones will happen with the new ones your getting. You just won't be able to see it.

...just for curiosities sake, how are you filling them...are you filling with 2ml on the first fill...are you using a syringe to fill the first time...are you keeping them good and wet while vaping...these are pretty hot cartos and will burn easily if not filled completely...also, keep in mind, CCV's juices are all VG and will not wick as quickly as all PG or blended(PG/VG) juices................

The juice I think says 85% vg 15% pg (the black n mild from ccv)? Im fairly certain, its upstairs and Im falling asleep so once I go up Im not coming down, lol.

I just fill slowly. Like a little at a time till it "looks like a slushy", which I learned the hard way on the first boge I filled up. It just went everywhere cuz I didnt take my time and plunged it in. I try to keep it wet. Id say I filled it 3 times, maybe 4 over the course of the day. It definitely never got empty, or even empty looking. Just the top half looked dry the last couple times. I also use the syringe that came with the set of stuff from ccv.

Im definitely going to order a 15 pack of the black ones next week with a 30 ml of a tobacoo flavor, undecided on that still. I ordered a 30ml of their menthol earlier today, 18mg.

I will totally avoid being "one of those" customers that complain and try to get refunds and "omg send me new ones these didnt work". Id rather just brute force learn my way through it with some help. So I do appreciate the time you spend helping me.

Thanks

...a high VG juice like from CCV can be very hard to get properly into a Res...try the syringe, fill with 2ml juice and slip it down between the filler and the barrell in 3r4 diff places...once done, look if the top is slushy looking, if not, drip a few drops at a time until it does...top off as needed and enjoy...Happy Vaping.........

Honestly, it doesn't really matter how it's filled or how well you top it off. High VG juices have a negative effect on a cartos lifespan. Never used CCV but, it sounds like their VG juices are thicker than normal. Are you allergic to PG? If so, then here's a couple of sites that tailors to people that can't tolerate PG:

Alien Visions E-Juice
Virgin Vapor | Electronic Cigarette Organic e-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes

Their juices have worked great in cartos from my experience. I get at least 3-4 days out of them. Also, one more bit of advice is to get small 5-10ml bottles. Instead of buying 30ml bottles all the time. That will save you money in the long run and will let you find out which vendors you like better then others.

If you like Black-n-Mild. Then I heard people raving about this one:

COV Black and Tan

Haven't heard anyone complaining about using it in their cartos yet.

I have to say it. Ive finnaly given my first pack of Resurectors a good run. and i Prefer the boges. Sometimes i get a strange feeling hit thats like I inhaled a drink of water thats very wet feeling and i didnt like it.

I pretty much either drip into an Cisco LR 306 or use the Resurrectors in a tank. I never use the cartos by themselves. They are single coil LR that hole a lot of liquid. This means they have a lot of filler and are long and narrow. The tank keeps all of that filler nice and wet. Trying to keep one topped off might not work as well.

The main selling point for CCV is that you can get 15 of them, a filling syringe, and a drip tip for pretty cheap. In a tank they hit really hard and stay wet. If you use them without a tank YMMV.

I think i know what you mean . I have been using the ressurectors for a bit now as well and after a day or two the draw does get stiffer and heat up more . Not as bad as the DCC's but not as good as the boges . Boges are still number one for me but i can tolerate the ressurectors . The ressurectors i still will say are the second best cartos on the market .

I also noticed with the ressurectors that after the first day they cant be used higher then 3.7v . I was vaping one at 4.5 for sometime the first day and all was fine . The second day i would just get a burnt taste at anything higher then 3.7 and yes i kept it well saturated an wet . Turn to 4.2 = burnt hit then turn it down to 3.7 and its good again . This probably has to do with the stiffer draw and not wicking fast enough on the second day .

The resurrectors are stated to be for for 3.7 volt devices right on the site. I guess you need a higher resistance or those dual coils for a higher voltage. Thats not really the resurrectors fault. For a single coil it works beautifully on a steady 3.7.

I think it's all about the juice. As I stated in the other thread, I ordered my regular juice with high vg by mistake. Ugh! Only a couple days. My mom's BWB tobacco juices don't last long either, but she really doesn't care because she likes the juice. When I use nhlaers juice which is pg but thicker than normal pg, my cartos last forever. These cartos seem to love clear thinner juices.
