The resurrectors are stated to be for for 3.7 volt devices right on the site. I guess you need a higher resistance or those dual coils for a higher voltage. Thats not really the resurrectors fault. For a single coil it works beautifully on a steady 3.7.

Yes i know they are single 1.7ohm for 3.7 but that shouldnt mean i should have to run them at 3.7 all the time . My LR 2ohm boges work great at 5+v all week long with no burning . If the boges can handle it then these should too .

I may be wrong, and the best bet would be to ask him, but I was under the impression that meant you needed a minimum of 3.7 volts. That's what I thought. Obviously you can't use very HV but I would think that the 4.2 that you mentioned should be OK.

Ok well I was under the impression you are supposed to use standard resistance cartos for 5 volts and up and I thought the Resurrector was supposed to simulate a 5 volt vaping experience on a 3.7 volt device (or setting if you use a VV) but I guess thats open to interpretation .I am waiting on some Boge's LR right now to see what I think of those. Thats why I like reading this board I learn something new here all the time.

I'm sure you'll like the boge LR cartos! I think almost everyone does. Downside after using the resurrector is the size.

For some odd reason the resurrector cartos don't fit on my echo-e batteries but the boge cartos do. Also, a few of my lighter juices seem to taste better on the 2.0 cartos than the 1.7 or dual coil cartos. I definitely stocked up on boge cartos yesterday, along with way too many other things.

Yeah me too--I stocked up too and I didn't even know how good they are yet -the prices were too good to pass on--so thanks for the vote of confidence on the Boges. Thats good to know. I did notice some of my juices taste differently on the 1.7 than they did on my original device.

Me, too! Me, too! I had a friend I was doing a juice trade with send me one, and I sent her a CE2 to try. At first, wasn't that thrilled with resurrector. I was using a VV boxmod at about 4.5v. Batteries finally died down so i switched it over to my ego.... WHEW!! Now THAT makes a difference! And I LOVE that they actually give me throat hit, even with 100% VG juice! I'm a nut for boge's myself... that's my go to thing. But these resurrectors are definitely getting a place in the lineup for me, esp with the ego.

Only thing that drives me insane bout it is how easily the juice pours out the bottom, but I'm adjusting to filling them differently. Been using syringe straight into filler, and that seems to help. And THRILLED to have discovered CCV does 15 carto deal for em! I thought they were really pricey, but i was there stocking up on the boges, and whoohoo! Resurrectors, too! That CCV place rocks. Wish they had slightly more expansive inventory, but I love what they do have! And free shipping! yay!

Actually, they can't. If you use 1.7 ohms at 5V's. Then that's 14.7 watts. Which is complete overkill and will fry your carto. You using an 2 ohm carto at 5V is already pushing it to it's limit. I'm sure that works great for you but, it's not recommended.

Well, you got it right. It's best to use either SR or 2.5 ohm cartos/atomizers at 5V that will give you optimum performance. The simple way to know how ohm and volts work is that the higher the ohm. The higher the voltage that it can be used at. For example, 3-4 ohms will work great at 6V.

I hope you like your Boge LR. If you have a VV and want to turn up the heat. They work great at 4.2V under load.
