I heard something a while back about turning them inside out and relabeling them. Are USPS boxes reusable in any way? Anyone have any tips on how to reuse USPS boxes?

I reuse them to send other things Priority. Take off old labels, x out any codes, print new labels and tape over spot where old one was or old address is.
The insides have the giant letter of Priority Mail etc. because so many people were turning them inside out and using them for their regular shipping.
You can use them inside other boxes for padding, separation etc. but it does add some to the postage when bubble wrap does the job cheaper.
