Don't know if anyone else knows about this in the newbie area, but you can pull apart kangor coils, clean them, do a dry burn, put them back together and reuse them. I've got 6 unused put away, and I keep using the same one over and over, every 3 days I pull it apart, wash the wicks, dry burn the coil, and keep going. On my 3rd week on the same coil now. Also gives you full vapes, and with full flavor every time. I recommend cleaning your coils every 3-4 days to keep them performing. Google cleaning kangor coils for instructions!

As a baby step towards rebuilding, can I remove the original wick, dry burn, then replace the original wick with cotton? Mostly Kanger T3's.

Yes you can.... just make sure the cotton is fully saturated before vaping because the cotton will burn and then you will never get the taste out without rewicking.... also DO NOT dry burn the coils with the cotton still in it when cleaning.... just rewick after dry burning.

I am using the Kanger T2 clearomizers.

I just purchased 5 more this morning. Should be here tomorrow. I am a complete newb, but my bro-in-law who got me setup suggested that you should replace these entirely about every month or so...

Now I read this.. Do you guys know if this works the same as the T2? What about the wicks? Where can I buy additional ones or would say any wick do? Pure cotton, from what I have read... I'm using an ego-c type batter. Do you guys recommend any other coils?

I found this nice strategy guide: How to Clean a Kanger T2 Clearomizer |

I see on the guide, you can wash the wicks and reuse. What are you guys using to wash them? Just rinsing them in water? I assume by the OP that we should be washing these every 2-3 days? Seems like a ton of maintenance here. Or maybe I am a bit over exaggerating?
