Thanks, I have been using liquidXpress cartomizer for a while now.
The pre-filled ones are the same price as blanks and their juice is great.
I go with the filled ones, then re-fill with my juice when they are done. No reason to pass up free juice, not when its good juice. A great way to try new flavors for free too.
I have purchased probably 60 or so with 0 DOA
