I got this tank yesterday in Brown and immediately attached it to my Gen Max mod I in ad gotten for my previous review and it's phenomenal, albeit finicky. I'm running the pre-installed .2ohm GTi coil at 73W with 70/30 0mg Gorilla Warfare Sawed-Off 12 Gauge vape juice. Clouds are pretty good. Could be better but it's a .2ohm coil with a max wattage of 75W instead of my preferred .15ohm coil at 85W. Still a solid tank flavor-wise though. It's very sturdy and not prone to damage during falls. I tested this by dropping it on a rock while planting a blueberry bush on the side of my property lol. Only thing that happened is a small scratch on the tank. I will say it falls short in 2 areas. The first is the ease of which the AFC moves even in your pocket. So you can put in in your pocket wide open and it'll be some variation of closed the next time you hit it. Really a big buzzkill IMO. And then theres the fact that there's no stopper for the AFC so it moves all the way around without stopping which contributes to it constantly moving the airflow. Another area is that it's top heavy, which makes it hard to get seated when in your pocket.
***Verdict***
Overall I'm impressed as it's the first top airflow iTank. However it's a major letdown in terms of the airflow. It seems to suffocate itself with every inhale. Then like I said, it's top heavy and the AFC ring is very loose and has no stopper of any kind like Geekvape or Freemax tanks have which is a shame as I had hopes for this tank and was let down by it. I still love it but it just has so many major flaws that it's gonna probably not be used frequently. Add to the fact that Vaporesso has .... customer service, and you get my rating of 5/10. I can recommend it if you like more RDL but also like higher wattage coils. If you want a cloud chucker get the iTank 2 with the same coils as it has a stopper for the AFC and, while not built as well in terms of fitment, it doesn't strangle the airflow and seem to starve the coil of oxygen. Again overall a 5/10 score.
