I bought 2 egos then I bought 4 clearomizers separately. the first order was showing in my account but the second was not, so I was afraid that I will not receive the items. I contacted them about this detail, hopefully, they responded in about 24h and they told me that the items are sent and they also gave me a tracking number
To sum up, the costumer service is great, and I will do a review of their products as soon as I receive the items.
