Subzero - if you've ever smoked strong menthol analogs (Newport, Salem, Kool), then you'll love it.
CoolMist - Similar in taste to the sub-zero, with a lot less TH
Mystic - The mildest of the menthols (other than Kringles which I don't really consider menthol)
HX3 - For me, tastes nothing like menthol, seems to remind me of a Camel cigarette.
These are just my opinions and taste buds, so don't base your purchase decision solely on my tastes. Happy vaping.

Mystic and Menthol Ice are my favorites,the Sub-Zero is a little to to much for me. The Mystic is what helped me got off analogs,its a Newport in a bottle,lol.
Malibu and HX3 are two of my favorites. Both very satisfying flavors. Especially good if I haven't vaped for awhile like on my lunch break at work.
I tried the HX3 that came in the sampler, I really thought it was a mistake, because I didn't taste any menthol?! Does it help to steep the HX3?
I don't get a lot of menthol from HX3 either but there is a hint of it there. I'm currently reaching the end of a bottle of HX3 that I received in late January if I remember correctly. I really haven't noticed any change in the taste with aging. As far as I can tell it tastes just like it did when I got it.
I've read some comments that some people get a pineapple flavor from HX3 but to me it tastes like lime with that slight hint of menthol.
I really like the HX3, and I know they call it a menthol, but to me it has no menthol to it. Not complaining at all about that. I guess I could always cut in some Sub-Zero which is a bit too menthol for me.
Mystic- My ADV and monogamous menthol relationship. Fills the void of my former Pall Mall menthols.

Cool Mist- Almost indistinguishable from mystic.
Sub Zero- Vix vapor rub. Congestion clearer. Best used as a potent 2 drop mixer.

Years ago I used v2 cigs menthol juice, no idea what I was missing in terms of TH. That's where the subzero stepped in and wow what a difference.

Mystic is wonderful. If it hadn't been for Mystic, I might've never given up analogs. For a long while it was my 'first vape of the day' flavor and also after meals, because I smoked menthol cigs. The smooth soft menthol is not harsh, but it has that cool menthol flavor and a great tjhroat hit.
peppermint actually has menthol in it. so why wouldn't it be classified as a menthol?
My favorite forever is Halo Truepure. Too bad they don't make it anymore. My stash is getting very low. Menthol Ice is my next favorite, but I mix it half & half with halo Fusion. Still mourning the loss of Truepure.
Out of the 4 under Halo's menthol selection, Definitely Mystic.
Sub Zero is mentholy without a doubt, that frost effect on your throat, makes-drinking-cold-water-hurt sensation. But Mystic? Just the flavor, none of the residual effects.
