Has anyone ordered from revolver website?
Just curious about there service.(customer service,shipping,warranty,etc)

There are a couple of threads on the forum regarding this.

I have ordered from them and have found the customer service, shipping time, and warranty to be good to excellent.

Sadly I did have a bad atty... so I had to test the warranty issue. Resolved in a prompt and courteous manner.

I ordered a duo kit from them. It shipped pretty fast, it was like 2 days. It works great. I haven't had any problems with it. I like it better than my friends 510 he had me try cause it seemed more like a real cigarette to me. The 510 he had had a manual batt, which I didn't really like. I like auto better. I also like the PCC that Revolver comes with. It's convenient, especially if I take it on the road with me.

I heard their customer service is good, but thankfully I haven't had to use it. I don't know what their warranty is, I'm an all sales are final kind of guy. I never really return stuff. I hope I helped.
