I wonder if PM and Lorillard know something that the general public doesn't about the FDA's possible deeming regulation concerning e-cigarettes and smokeles. It seems unlikely to me that these corporations would spend millions of dollars on research or acquisitions for e-cigarette products if these products will be regulated strictly enough to be unprofitable.
