House Bill 5690 would ban the use of e-cigarettes in ANY indoor space in Rhode Island. As written, there is no exemption for vapor retail shops. HB 5690 is scheduled for hearing and/or consideration on WEDNESDAY, March 18th, 2015 at 5:30 PM in the House Committee on Health, Education, and Welfare, Room 101, State House.
