1. This bill will "Vapor Products" to the same catagory as tobacco
2. Will Tax on E-cig parts and e-liquid
3. Require a copy of a government ID for ALL online SALES
4. Require an ADULT signature for all online orders which will add to shipping cost $5[FONT=arial, sans-serif] to $6 dollars more!!
