Wow, Hawaii to memphis? They must have offered you a lot of money to move. The mail is strange because when i order from a vendor in GA it takes 3-4 days, but something coming out of cali will get here in 2 days. I guess it has something to do with how many stops they make or something.

A lot of money or maybe I just proved I wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. I'm pretty sure it was the second option ;)

This all wouldn't bother me if I just knew where it was at this point. But it just seems to have fallen off the face of the earth since there haven't been any updates.

If it makes you feel any better my brass nem has come to the house twice, needing a signature. Today is the 3rd trip and Im off today, so I've been peeping out the windows like a .... addict. Its amazing, it came from greece to memphis in 2 days, and been riding back and forth from the ups hub to my house all week.

No it doesn't make me feel any better, but it did make me smile...lol That is pretty funny when you think of it that way. Enjoy the nem, I'm sure it is a real nice work of art.

Well, its here, so now i can relax. I've been chain vaping the richman hybrid with some mmao and it hits great. Of course, i had to hit the airhole a little bit, went up one size. But that's just my preference on any genny. And i'm loving the flavor, it seems a lot better than the zau i had the mmao in.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but the screw in the positive post has to be unscrewed almost until it is removed from the post to make contact with the battery----I've tried Efest flat tops and button tops and it's basically the same. Is this the same for everyone? I still have battery rattle even with the screw as far down as possible

I know i thought mine had a rattle, but it was the lock ring not being all the way up or down. The screw in 18350 flat top will be pretty far out but when you put the battery in and screw everything together, adjust it so it sits flush, but tight.

You might have to set the screw and put it together and open it up and reset the screw a couple times before you get it where you want it.

Yeah, I've been using 18350 mode. The screw is waaaay out and it still has rattle. I didn't even try 18650 mode cuz I really don't like it to be that large. I'll try 18500 with a kick and 18650 this evening I guess. I always use 18350, so I wish the tube were a bit shorter so the pos post screw wouldn't have to extend that far. (I wish it didn't have to extend at all actually in 18350) I don't think I'm losing voltage but who knows??? Guess I was just surprised that the screw had to come out that far. I love the mod though and it hits like a freight train

I am using it in 18350 and I only have the screw about half way out. Are you using an 18350 with a button top...

Could you measure the battery contact pin.

Thanks,
Rich

Thanks for checking on me Rich! I got things sorted last night. I'll use the button tops only in this mod. This helps a lil bit. I do have to unscrew the screw pretty far out, but I guess it just "is what it is". The mod works well, hits HARD and fires immediately, so my concerns are clearly for no reason. There is no rattle when I extend the screw this far out and use button tops, so I just coiled it and vaped all night like it was so well made to do!

THANKS AGAIN RICH!! I love the hybrid and certainly want to make that crystal clear in this thread. I have no function issues AT ALL or fitment issues... I was just not expecting to have to unscrew the post screw that much.

My input on the adjustment screw:
I use flat top sony batteries and I have to adjust it out pretty far too.
I have found my button top orbtronic battery fits much better but all my batteries fit.
Rich maybe you can ship a longer screw too for flat top batteries in the future?
I love the hybrid and those in my vaping circle are impressed.

Happy Vapes All Around !!!
I've been so engrossed with my Richbrid, that got here this past Friday..... Despite being a little under the weather I've been gloating all over Facebook & sending snap shots to some Vapor Buddies.... I ABSOLUTELY .... love this hybrid...I'm on my 4th coil & after seeing all the cotton wicks...I have some Peaches & Cream I've been dying to use..Decisions, Decisions, Decisions.
I think I had tears in my eyes when I pulled it out of the box...lol....I am very happy with this mod & how it performs. Its appearance is elegant & str8 to the point, no need for a design, writing or logo. Hits like beast & then some...And it looks good in my hand... I can't thank Rich & Kevin enough for such great gifts.....My Richbrid is fully loaded, with the purple tank, polished finish & matching drip tip. I'm vaping on it as I type & I can't seem to put it down...lol Best gift I ever got & I'll probably go out to eat Thurs. to celebrate my 4yrs vaping with my kids... I'm just happy to still be here....Anyhoo, gotta run. I'll post some pics on my next build...
