I was ordering some items from Vapor Alley when 1 item was out of stock. I decided to wait to make my purchase and thought I'd check the site out at a later date. (couldn't justify paying more for shipping than the item was worth.) I received an email from Rick later that night asking if I needed assistance. I mentioned the out of stock item and he wrote back right away that he just got some inventory in and he'd check to see if he had more. The next morning, I received an email telling me the item was available with a link attached. I also asked him a question about if a colored plastic tank was polycarbonate or polypropylene and he HONESTLY answered me that he wasn't sure. Someone else might have said yes just for the sale... NO ONE on here tho, maybe one of those mall kiosk dudes! (I saw one selling 5ml bottles for $20 a pop and it tasted like it had been filtered through a dirty gym sock.) You can't ask for better customer service than having an owner contact you and offering his assistance. My items shipped out the next day and should be here by Saturday. Rick and Vapor Alley have earned my business for a long time to come.
