It sounds strange, but I'm excited. My first battery died, so I know I'm a true vaper. It's also been 9 days since my last analog. Bless this weird little invention that probably saved my life, and an enormous thank you to all the veterans who helped me get started. You guys made my life.

Congrats!!! Yes.. you've reached the first milestone.. backups and backups for the backups. We've all learned that lesson early in our vaping experience. So glad you put down the analogs and best wishes for continued success (and longer battery life).
I do hope the batt lasted more then 9 days!! Even the chap ones should last longer then that. Congrats on your 9 days thou, it only gets better from here. Soon you will have lots more energy, less trouble breathing, better nights sleep and a whole bunch of great things.
Grats!! But as you learned, backups are a necessity for any ecig you depend on. And I recommend manual batteries (harder to kill and more control over your hit). Also avoid putting anything too low ohms on any battery. If you are using slim batteries they use 2.5 to 3 ohm stuff. If you are using mass-produced encased batteries like Ego, it is possible for stuff under 1.7 ohms to kill one.
First time I've ever read a post where a vaper is happy their batt died...Kudos to you and congrats.
Lol, it was not my only battery. I listened to the experts and have backups for all occasions. It was a clearance buy, an automatic, I probably just got juice in it. I've been vaping since October, so it was time to put down the cigarettes. I'm so happy. Today I took the stairs instead of the elevator just because I CAN. Thanks everyone.
NICE (about the quit and vaping!).... sorry for the dead batt. I say we all give a e-21 VAPE salute to the batt (like a 21 gun salute but we all VAPE ...its a lot quieter)...lol
