Hi,
I just got the same kit today. I'm not having any of those issues, I just checked everything. Hope this helps! Now I just have to figure out how to use this- it's my first one. I bought cartomizers also, but I seem to have a mental block with this whole process!
Do I put EliquidPlanet on the actual atomizer and the cartridge? or just in the cartridge or cartomizers?

Here is Liberty Flights sub-forum here at ECF.

And I know the email address for problems is:
support@libertyflights.com

Someone on that forum should be able to answer your question about the lights on your charger. Mine are red and then to green when charged.

When you say the buttons go blue, do you mean the light on the charger turns blue
OR are the buttons on your battery activating?

I have emailed support, emailed Abe, posted on their forum and PM'd Abe on their forum. I had a few of the usual replies on the forum telling me how good LF is. I did get a reply from Abe sometime yesterday saying he was "pretty sure" he had emailed me but I have yet to receive any email from him or anyone else representing LF. Perhaps I will hear something in another week.
The battery (Blue) light stays on continually during the charging process. The 110V adapter behaves normally.

I received a Riva 510 kit today from LF that I ordered for a friend. I put the batteries on the charge and get the normal 3 blinks from the power button and then the buttons go blue and stay on. Anyone know anything about that?
Also, the charger light is overly bright in color and it gets warm to the touch.

I'm fairly certain that normal is 5 blinks. Not to over state the obvious, but 3 blinks indicates a problem. Could be the charger too. Have you tried a different charger.

Check your spam folder. Abe is usually pretty quick to reply.

Oldjoe,

Recently I got Liberty Flight Riva 510 Carto Deluxe kit and thse batteries behaves the same way you described:
1. Blinks 3 trimes when put on charger
2. Stays lit while charging
3. Charger and batteries lights are much brighter and even battery button is bigger then my other (3) Riva kits

But eventually battery light goes of when fully charged and there is a surprise - the battery delivers true 3.7 volts based on Scottbee testing:

I'm pretty sure that your "Riva" batteries are different than the ones that I tested (based on the charging LED behavior). What we for sure know now is that a "Riva is not a Riva is not a Riva". So I really don't know what the output voltage is of your specific unit. (Sad to say)

Thank You! My friend tells me the batteries are working fine so I guess will be well. I want him to have a positive experience with vaping and not go back to analogs. If he has any issues I'll make it right with him since I suggested the Riva kit.
I have 6 Riva 510's and they all do the normal 3 blinks and the light goes out hence my concern for my friend. There appears to be an abundance of quirks in the Riva 510's and an array of designs. I believe my next purchases will be Ego's and from a retailer with better support habits. Thanks to all for the info offered.

3 out of 8 of my Riva 510 batteries from LF have had to be replaced in less than a month of rotated use. The first two are being replaced and I sent an email about the 3rd one last night about 10 PM CST but I'm still waiting to hear back from LF "support". I have since ordered 3 Ego kits from another supplier. Hopefully the Ego will be better quality and the supplier will have better support if required.
