RJR VUSE Just Cut Me Off....

Went online to make a purchase using a coupon RJR just sent today. Could not get to the checkout page; only got a "Contact Us" screen. Finally got someone on the phone who told me that:

a) I was locked out
b) They could not tell me why I had been locked out
c) I can't set up another account or order from them again (!?)

I tried to explain it must be a mistake because I'm a (slightly..) older woman with no minors trying to pull a fast one on them, and was answered with, "I'm sorry, we can't help you." Cut off.

I'm really scratching my head.....

On the other hand, it may be God's way of telling me it's time to ditch the amateur status and join the big leagues.

How many times had you ordered a Vuse from them using a coupon? Did using the coupon make the price very low?

ETA: Do you know that you have 2 identical threads posted? You may want to click the Report link in the other one...and ask a mod to remove it because it's a duplicate.

I've been ordering from them online for months; always after they send me a coupon.

Coupons would range anywhere from 25% to 40%; they also sent me different units (with cartridges) for $10 each.

I've known of companies that allow you to use coupons for maybe 3-4 purchases, and then that's it. IMO, they get the idea someone's buying multiples to then resell for full price, or that they're selling the coupons to others for cash.

There are lots of other set-ups that you could get to use though, and get a really good vape from them. If you figure up what you've spent on multiple Vuse...you could've probably bought a set-up that you could use for much longer.

It might be that their system doesn't cross reference a locked account list with their mailing list right away (if you're getting the coupons by USPS mail). Might take awhile before you stop getting the coupons.

If vuse cut me off I would do a happy dance. For one, I hate them and fort two, they HAVE A COMMERCIAL WITH JENNY MCCARTHY.

You can do better and take it as a sign to get a real setup may I suggest a zenith kroma kit.

You can put nic salts in it if you want... At the right percentage.

Welcome to ECF @JULIA HUGGINS I must admit this made me laugh a bit....you're probably not vaping enough of their pods

I would suggest you get a different device and then you'll have many more options. Lots of great advice here if you need recommendations...The Kroma kit is a good one to think about as @stols001 suggested. Good luck

Would you like some recommendations for something better than Vuse?

My husband is really enjoying this here:

Renova Zero Pod Kit

and the replacement pods are inexpensive plus it takes your own ejuice so all the way around its a good deal, as you can branch out into the plethora of available nicotine salt flavors.

If you enjoy menthol, my husband is a Halo fan in the store bought variety:

^^^ that one bottle of ejuice will last at least a month or around a month, plus the replacement pods last about two weeks. (The battery part lasts 6 months to 1-1/2 years, usually on this type of device).

I started vaping on Vuse and it hoe me off cigarettes so I can't pan it, but I was sure a happy camper when I moved on to something refillable with juice that tasted really good and I wasn't spending money on piles of cartridges. This could well he a blessing in disguise and get you to move on in your vaping experience. Seriously it only gets better after Vuse.

Thanks so much...this experience gave me a chance to think about moving on to something better. I really like a STRONG menthol taste; used to work with a guy from India -- when he would go home to visit he used to bring back menthol "sticks" you would put in a regular cig -- the flavor would blow the top of your head off -- in a good way.

If I were you I would try both the Menthol Ice and their Sub Zero.. The menthol is very strong in both, but Sub Zero might be stronger.

All you can do is try them.. see what you think.

If neither is strong enough menthol is one of the few flavors that is cheapest when bought absolutely pure. It’s sold in crystals. You dissolve them in just a little bit of alcohol. Add a couple of drops of THAT to a bottle and the whole “take your head off experience” might be found again.

I consider myself a "big-leaguer" and still use vuse as back ups and when I want something really small. I love their mint flavor. No problem with using both!
