RMV expired password

I know this may be a dump question but tried to log into RMV today to place an order and I am being told that my password expired and of course asking me to type the old one and create a new one, has anybody else had to do this?

Yes. I went to place an order this week, and I got that message too.

some software has that built in. it's, basically, a security measure.

Really sorry for this I am trying to get this changed I didnt set this up to expire.
