What connector fits the RN4072 atomizer? is it the same as a 801/BE112? or is it its own connector?

Yes, an RN4072 atty works on the same adapter as the 801 and BE112s do.

These last for a long time at high volts?

Longer than your avg 801 from my experience. But really the best that I have found are the BE112s or an actual HV atty. The nice thing about the HV attys is they tend to not scorch as much flavour out of the liquids for me. There were some of my fav juices that I just couldn't use with my V2 till I tried them in a HV atty cause the taste was changed so much.
