Briefly describe your problem or issueI made my order with Rocket Fuel on 9-10-13 and was provided a tracking # however the tracking info never worked so I contacted them on 9-19-13 and they sent another order with a new tracking # it did show up as being in Iowa processing but never updated ant further so I contacted them again and they said some of there shipments was being held or returned by the mail system so they sent a email on 9-26-13 saying they would ship again via Fed Ex and I never got a tracking # for it so I contacted them this morning only to find out they still hadn't shipped the Fed Ex order so I made and paid for a juice order on September 10, 2013 and I canceled the order and ask for a refund on 10-1-2013. I will say that they were great in there communication and I do feel there pain with the mail system but I do think that they had more than enough time to get the order/mail issue corrected.
