That's right, It's not about how many you smoke, but about how many you Don't smoke. :) Some people get to smoking none sooner then others. The thing that makes ecigs works for people is that we can adjust to what works for us as individuals, which is really important because we aren't all the same.

Congrats on the cigs you didn't smoke today :)

It's been my experience that cravings don't last all that long and as time progresses they get further apart. It takes time. Cigarettes were the solution for whatever stressor or problem I had, and this was etched into my brain. It took me a while to get past all that. Give yourself a big pat on the back. You're off to a great start, making progress and your efforts will lead to victory!

You'll be fine! My fiance started vaping about a month before I did. The transition for her was a challenge to say the least. Especially before I quit! A lot of her girlfriend's smoke, so temptation to smoke proved a daunting task! When I started vaping it was a painless transition for me. Though she was happy for me, there was a little resentment as well. She's been vaping for about six months, and occasionally smokes a cig or two, but that's it!
Though I wish she didn't smoke at all, I take solice knowing it's no longer two packs a day! Probably six cigs a month. If you cut a few out a day, the day will come you don't have to cut out any! Good luck, quitting is difficult. Don't be ashamed to do it at your pace. Just the fact your doing it is a huge success!

Forget about it. No pressure, no penalties.

One day you will run out of smokes and just not buy any more, or you will just forget to smoke and end up throwing away the leftovers after they go stale in a couple of weeks...

Don't try to stop smoking, just try to vape more. Chain vape if you want. no harm, no foul.

This post needs a Grateful Dead song playing in the background. Maybe Peter, Paul & Mary...

Exactly! That's what helped me the most.

Don't be so hard on yourself! Rome wasn't built in a day. The simple fact that you are doing something positive to get off the stinkies is a HUGE WIN for you! It's not so easy to kick a habit overnight, you gotta just hang in there and keep trying. It really does get easier and better with time and when you find the right setup and juice, you'll wonder why you you didn't do this sooner. Stay positive and have a great time on the field trip. Happy Vaping:vapor:
