I just cant seem to get a carto to work on my roughstack! First thing I did was to stick a 510 extender on it, got all ready to vap. and nothing. First cartos I tried were my dual coils from madvapes. I know its a bit low ohm wise for 6v but those coils are in paralel right so I sould be ok. Please correct me if I am way off base with that. Then I used some 2.5 ohm cartos. They sizzle for about 1.5 second and cut off. Now, am I drawing to much with these cartos, and if so whats hiting the kill switch? The batteries? The Roughstack itself? Any ideas? Perhaps I sould note that my 4.5 ohm attys don't last very long. Yes I am keeping the bridge nice and wet. Of course that could just be my luck too, getting bum attys.
Help please

I can run a ST dual or a boge 2.0 on my RS..... no prob..... are your batteries charged? will an atomizer fire on it?..... I havent had this problem on my roughstack, but every once in a while on my Riva I would have to "lift", with a paper clip, the contact point from the battery "up" sp that it would make contact with whatever carto I might be using ( it only happened to me with Madvapes dual coil mega cartos) but the theory remains.

RS at 6v and 2 ohm carto pegs the switch advertised spec of 3 Amps. I take advertised spec w/ grain of salt.

My V2 RS has no cutoff protection. Not sure if RS has collapsing spring which acts as a fuse?

Stacked protected batts will cut off if discharged too fast. If stacked batts not in identical charged state one can discharge faster and shut off.

IMR batts are more forgiving when stacked; I like to use a fuse w/ stacked batts.

My V2 510 extension had to be filed down before the center post would make contact w/ all my cartos. Some pry center post of carto out enough for proper contact.

I like 4.2v; 5v is too hot for me.

I replaced switch assembly spring w/ wire for consistent firing.
