Funny you should mention that. I went looking for him, too. The Royal London Hospital does not provide an address book of its staff online (or if they do, they have hidden it well). I did come across a notice of a study being done on a variety of types of smokers -- those who have tried multiple times to quit, non-daily smokers, and those who quit easily.
