RoyalSmoker e2v4 cartos don't work with my 510 connector

I was wondering if any one else has had a problem getting e2v4's to work with their 510 connector on their mod.

my first batch of e2v4's just arrived and they all work (so far) on my PT. But so far they're not working on my Pro-vape (which is a native 510). On my Pro-vape it appears that they're not making contact, getting no power or something. I know they're not dead because they work perfectly on my PT.

Anyone else had such an issue? Any ideas on how to fix (if its fixable).
