hello everyone. i recieved my rsst in the mail today and built a 3/4 wrap coil with 28awg kanthal seems to be working pretty good on a battery thats at 3.5 volts on my mech telescope. i tried a fresh batt and it was burnt to hell tasting. anyways i dont want to use a mech mod i want to use my zmax cause well thats why i bout it. i first tryed a 6/5 wrap with 32awg wire and couldnt get all the coils to glow only the top and bottom wrap. i want to shoot for about 2ohms cause i like that area any advice would be great thank you

the video below might be of help - annealing the wire on your zmax would allow you to shoot for your desired resistance of 2 ohms ahead of time and should work on whatever wick you are using
