RSST Nylon replacement nut ???

does anyone know where i can get a replacement bottom nylon nut for the rsst ? mine is stripped out and keeps pushing my center post out so it does not make connection. or is there a fix for this if there is no replacement available ?

Those would work for the top deck but aren't the same, the stock ones are hard & these soft silicone ones can get squeezed by the spring & cause a short. If used correctly they would fix the leak issue.

The piece the OP posted is on the bottom & is what the screw threads into. My RSST came with an extra one cause of the threading issue. I rethreaded it but never needed to use it.

Yeah, I didn't see replacement nylon nuts for it anywhere. I'm not sure if they are a standard item that can be found at a hardware store or not. I did see in the reviews for those insulators that people said they solved their leaking issues; perhaps they were referring to using them on the deck and not inside the 510 connector.

It seems strange that no one sells the replacement nuts.
