Just got my RSST today and I notice that the center post that makes contact with the positive post in the APV is not flat but rather irregular. Is that the way it is on all the RSSTs or does mine have a flaw?

Some are flat, some are pointed! I guess its just in the quality control and one suggestion is to remove it and simply file the base flat ensuring it does not "dink" or dent the pos post on your PV. Do`nt take too much off though, you still need it to make contact

Two of my 3 RSSTs required me to file down the positive center pin just a bit.
