No, you have it backwards! Work out the cheeks to prevent wrinkles, just like the rest of your body. And keep them out of the sun, of course.

Second Fresia has arrived. It’s slightly lighter than the first “gunmetal”. But close enough to make me think it’s a crap shoot on the depth of color. It’s still running neck and neck with the Silverplay, but since they’re different sizes they don’t have to compete for mods.

Any leaking? Tips on building? Coil ID? Thanks!

Just read this in the other thread--any thoughts?
I think I just learned to not do a comb out on the wick when using a 2.5mm coil in this atty. Getting some leakage.

Mel wicks with rayon, not sure if that will make a difference. I'm a terrible compulsive fluffer/comber with cotton  I better stick to rayon in the fresia too

Correct! Rayon it is. Cut to just meet the deck, only trimmed if it looks too tight in the holes. I do comb the tips just a touch to unbunch the rayon from cutting. I probably have a 3 in it. (Guessing since I think it was the last tank I built, and I had a 3mm jig set when I went to build a coil for an rda today). It’s at 0.7ish. So far, it’s been a very forgiving tank, not leaking or difficult to wick.
I don’t have much patience for finicky tanks. When the True is built just perfectly, flavor and performance are great. When it’s not, vapor lock and dry hits. I stuck it in the drawer after about 6 builds, 50% success rate. Fresia flavor is great, and it just works. Airier than the True (suits me better) if that’s important to you.

    We are and thanks!
Oh dear...well, I’ll disassemble mine tomorrow. We’ll see if we can figure it out. I never could get the True to behave, no matter how many video builds I copied. Nothing more frustrating than a tank that won’t cooperate!!!

Nope, utility bill is ridiculous this month and next one will be worse. Is purty as all get out though.

Levelized billing is a good thing. In the deep South A/C kills us on power bills in the Summer. At least you get an averaged bill each month that's the same no matter what the weather does.

We have that option but I find having spare cash about 2/3 of the year handier in the long run.

Love the Fresia, trying to make friends with the True (it’s in the shame corner of the drawer of tank oblivion until I can figure it out).
For anyone interested, I put pictures of the build that’s working for me on the Fresia thread. Disclosure, I am NOT a photog by any stretch of the imagination, but you can get the gist

I just won a couple of attys in a contest. One of them I already had so she offered me a Tobeco Rose V2. I never had one and am kinda psyched to try it. The deck looks really interesting. Any comments on it?
I think @stols001 has one or two?
