Construction Update:

Our construction schedule continues to slip because:
Waiting on Fire Marshall inspection next Tuesday
Waiting on plumbing inspection and patching walls after approval.

We should be able to increase production to 200 gallons per day after all is said and done.

wow , 200 a day. Now that's impressive!

The 42 gallons of nicotine we produced in the morning sold out.

Just entered into inventory another 48.5 gallons of PG based nicotine in our highest custom strength at 11:30 pm eastern.
That makes a total of 90.5 gallons today.
You have been insanely busy and construction too!

I'm looking forward to trying out the Flavour Art flavors which should arrive today. I've never used them before but I know they are well respected among the DIYers around here. I know from experience the RTS nic I have coming with it is top notch.

Just over a half hour later and my package has arrived, everything well packed and intact. Just have to finish working my way through some of the stress relief packaging material and I can experiment.

Ha, ha! Keith, that packaging is quite a job to get through but it does protect the product very well.

I love many of the FA flavors. One tip about them is that they are the most likely to improve with age after steeping because they are so condensed IMO I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do :D

Ha, ha! No worries, SV. I am stocked plus many of us here have a guardian angel looking out for us :D

It is the folks that have not yet found vaping that I am most concerned for :(

*pop* Yes, it does a great *pop* job of protecting *pop* the product. I have no *pop* complaints there. I just have a thing for *pop*bubble wrap *pop, pop *. It's an extra, added value for me. *pop*. I can't be the only one, *pop* can I?

Randy- I got my order today, just 4 days. That was fast! I am really looking forward to trying your product, but when I open the 10% nicotine bottle for the first time, I would like to put the rest in the freezer ASAP. I read somewhere in this thread that the new batch of 120ml cobalt blue bottles were going to come with a rubber seal, but that does not seem to be what I received. I plan on filling the bottles pretty full, and just using the lids I received. Do you foresee any problems that may arise? As someone posted before, do you have plans to offer the caps with the 'proper' seals for sale by themselves?

I can't thank you enough for your companies extremely hard work during this time of product supply shortages from just about every other vendor. Also, thanks for carrying a US made nicotine solution. RTSVapes is going to be my go-to source, good luck keeping up with the demand from all of us!

If I understand correctly, it isn't exactly a rubber seal. I understood it to mean that the lids would have a plastic liner instead of paper. Someone, please correct me if I am wrong.

It looks like plastic on paper, but it is not loose enough to pull out and inspect. If I pull it out for proper inspection it would likely be unusable afterwards. So, yes. Someone, please correct mattiem if wrong. I really want to fill these pretty blue bottles up tomorrow and put them in the freezer. And get more on my next order. Just the right size. I know most people like 250 and 500ml brown bottles, but I hope to only open these 120ml bottles once or twice.

I have some bottles with the rubber cones on caps and the rubber cones look like upside down cones that point in towards the inside of bottle. You would know that they were cones if Randy has the sames ones that I have a few of. The cones are not very long or big but do seem to seal the bottle better.

Best to leave a little room at the top of bottle before freezing. Space equal to 1-2 mls is plenty. Do not fill the glass bottles to brim with nicotine before freezing.

ETA- Here is a pic of the ones that I have.

Yep, I have to make myself avoid popping those bubbles because I reuse my bubble wrap :D

I will have to post an answer on Monday. I personally have not looked at the new lids we recently got in. Taking Sunday off.
