Since I opened a ticket on RTSVape almost 3 days ago with a simple question, and did not get a response yet, I would like to ask the users here:
I ordered some 60ml 100mg PG nic base, and received a bottle with no mention of nicotine on it.
All it says on the label is "Propylene Glycol USP" and handwritten "130N-0001" with an orange sticker on cap.
My guess is maybe it's to circumvent customs checks on international shipping.
I really like to know before I open the sealed plastic, as if it isn't the case I will want a refund.

Store is back online. We sold more product in the last 6 days than the entire 2011 year. Unlile our Florida competitor who takes your money and then takes 2 weeks to ship it. We do not do that to our customers. We been taking 4 to 5 business days instead of the 72 hours we state on our website, thus we closed the website. While it is smart on your part to send an item with a different label, MOST IF NOT ALL other suppliers marked in some way nic levels on the label.
And so, based on this experience I asked a legitimate question which you replied nicely on the ticket, and other users replayed here in the same manner.
Was that really necessary to resort to insults in public?
Having said that, the nic base itself is very good and clear.

My first time getting nic in VG (100mg) and it wasn't as big a deal as i would have thought getting it bottled - used a plastic funnel with a large enough neck and it flowed easily. I left a 100ml out to try as this is a Z lot and may be what I had last July.
Text messages leave a lot out. I took the response as dry humor and sarcastic which is not meant to be personalized. It can get lost in this format. I'm new here so I could be wrong, but I hope not.

Text does leave out a lot, that I agree.
However, there was no humor nor sarcasm in his reply to a customer, given the fact that it was a simple question regarding a mislabeled bottle . It was a plain, unprofessional attack on my intelligence.
I can accept this kind of reply from friends or forum users, etc'. Not from a business to a customer.
Not too bright from a business point of view.
BTW, this nicotine ban in my country is quite new (JUNE 2013) so yes, some of us might not even be aware to that.
Did you submit a ticket asking for a refund on our website? If so you got a refund. If you only posted on ECF you did not.

I certainly did not mean to offend you and if I did I apologize. We have several repeat customers from Israel probably due to the fact we use Kosher certified PG and VG. In the next few weeks or month we will be announcing many changes (improvements) at RTS including up to date chemical analysis of all our nicotine, PG and VG. We have already ordered a very expensive GCMS machine and are actively looking for a senior chemist.
Due to one of our competitor's recent 20% reduction in wholesale prices RTS has to make a major decision in your business quality model. Do we buy cheaper ingredients or sell much higher and expensive quality ingredients. Due to the FDA deeming regulations on the horizon we will most likely decide to sell high quality instead low price. We realize we are going to have to provide verifiable proof of our high quality ingredients should we decide to continue that route.

I vote for staying with your same high quality product. I am willing to pay a bit more for quality and feel sure that others will as well.
I already very much appreciate the quality of the flavorings that you offer compared to some that I have tried from other vendors.
Your nicotine is all that I will use and has been that way for more than 2 years. Please don't make any changes to the ingredients.
