Any body have any tips on the age verification? I have tried 4 devices all updated browsers with goggle and safari and it says 404 error? Submitted a ticket but just thought maybe some one had a trick?

well I keep trying
I used an entirely different tablet and browser this time..
I have 34 items in my cart and I'm trying to check out with a nice bunch of them, it took c.c. info, and then the age verification page goes to an error 404 when I hit the submit button.
I tried to call, and one of the phone numbers was not in service ???? also tried another number hoping to complete my order by phone,
no luck___
I left a web site submitted ticket for help with my mobile number on it.

all products were very, very well packaged.
the tfa flavors were wrapped in bubble wrap and not a single drop was wasted or lost.
the other two bottles were wrapped in a roll of bubble wrap and all content was placed in a brown box full of styrofoam peanuts.
the nic was as clear as ice and oderless, yes, oderless.
the pg was again, clear as ice and had a slight oder of something pharmacutical. same as any other.
my second(large to me) purchase and again i am very pleased.

I'm getting the same 404 error message. I was able to work thru it until I got to the age verification and zap! I've already entered my CC info so I don't know if I've been charged or what's going on. Help, please!

We are aware of the 404 page error problems. We hope to have it straightened out by this afternoon. This problem is effecting everyone that was not previously verified. Businesses with a billing address which is a commercial address are exempt from age verification.

Other Age Verification Problems

There is a long standing problem which only effects about 5% of customers whose billing address is different than their shipping address. We have people working on it.

After hearing the news story about our webcams - mines taped over.

I used Google Chrome and didn't have any problems with an order - was surprised how easy and quick it was. The verification was at the top, and was confirmed before I gave credit card numbers.

My peach and blueberry supply was lower then I realized - so, before Salemgold buys all the White Peach - I got a big bottle of it and the Japanese Tobacco.

I was having issues with the age verification until I realized that even though I had my new state's driver's license, I hadn't filed taxes for here yet, so I just entered my name and the last state I lived in before now and it instantly verified me and then I used my current address for the billing and shipping info that's on my RTS account and my order went through after a few days of trying. This may help someone still having problems with the verification if they've made a recent move within the calendar year.

We have no webcams at RTS. We spend over $800 per month for PCI compliance. We only see the last 4 digits of your credit card number. Volusion handles all the money.

It is working better. Phase 1 is done for USA customers. Phase 2 for rejected USA customers will commence shortly. Than we got phase 3 for International customers.

If USA customers are having problems just select you are not a USA citizen for now.
