RTS Vapes is by far the best site to purchase liquid and flavorings. I started to DIY my liquid shortly after this company started up. Their prices were the cheapest I could find when they launched and the prices have only seen a slight increase since.
Shipping is very fast and they have got amazing customer service.
I was very concerned when I started to DIY my liquid because I had read reports stating that many of the places who sell unflavored liquid in the U.S. imported it from China (which according to some FDA findings contained a lot of impurities and harmful chemicals). All of their liquid is manufactured here in the U.S. with nicotine extracted directly from North Carolina tobacco.
I used to buy all of my flavorings from the Perfumers Apprentice. Now, RTS carries all of the flavorings from PA so I can buy all of my stuff from one site.
I have recommended RTS to many of my fellow DIYers and will continue to do so.
One thing that they have had, that I failed to take advantage of until now, is their point system. Every time you purchase something you accumulate points which you can use, essentially, as a discount. I decided to try out the point system on a recent order and used 50 points. I ended up only paying around $30 on a $45 dollar purchase. Amazing!
