Rubber Gasket on Nautilus Aspire?

Is there a way that I can take the rubber piece off the gasket? I know they sell them on the Aspire website but has anyone had any experience replacing the rubber housing. Thanks in advance!

On Aspire's website it says you'll need the tools to do it.....
