I am relatively new to vaping...three months or so and decided to take a chance on some products from Rubbercity...first thing was their prices were better then anywhere else and they weren't knock offs so I knew what i was getting. Well, the order came within a few days, and all was well and good until one of the clearos just wasn't vaping like the others. I had written an email asking a couple questions and Nick writes me back immediately trying to do whatever he could to resolve the issue. Generally, it's a DOA situation with most stuff, for lack of a better word, but he had no issue agreeing to send me another one in my next order as I requested. Since then, I have emailed back and forth with Nick several times with other questions sometimes not even about a product i purchased from him and he is always helpful and honest.
They are definitely vapors first and sellers second. Their products are solid and their prices can't be beat, plus they have a daily deal! And when he did send me the replacement clearo, he added some extra cartos for my trouble. Nice guy! Highly recommend them!
