Rubbing alcohol/ammonia taste from many ejuices

Lately it seems that I am getting this less than desirable taste from many liquids. I have tried different voltages (higher voltages tend to make it worse) and switched out my coils but it is still there. Has anyone else experienced this and if so is there perhaps some additive/flavoring that I should be avoiding? Thanks.

Most commonly that's from volatiles in the flavoring that need to evaporate via steeping. Sounds like you may already be at that point?

Is the juice all produced by the same company?

No, not all from the same company but many from MBV seem to have this problem. I haven't really tried steeping anything in a while so I guess I should try that again. I used to steep everything but quit doing that a while ago.

MBV juice definitely needs steeped at least 2 weeks from the date in their bottle. If you get extra flavor shots, steep even longer
